This site will document the adventures of two novice sailors aboard a 1982 pilothouse sloop, as they sell their house in Anchorage Alaska, quit work, pack the boxes, drive down the Cassiar, and cast lines off for 2 years of sailing the Inside Passage, from Seattle through British Columbia to Alaska.
We went up to Caine's Head this past weekend, a great hike and a good cabin at Derby Cove. The salmon berries were flowering! Yet, you get to pick them fully grown, and bake them! Jealous...

Now I know where to go for a great reference to great places in the San Juans. All I needed was family from Alaska to come down and explore it for me...but I am so glad I got to share my jewel with you in all of its splendor. :) Krista
